Each semester the "Munich Graduate School of Economics" (MGSE) offers Ph.D.-courses for graduate students that are oriented on the program and level of the first two years at american graduate schools. In addition to the regular courses there is a vast amount of short lecture series that usually consist of three lectures and are held by renowned international guests of the CES. Not only provides this an immediate insight into international research, but the program also offers our grad students the chance to get to know leading researchers personally and to establish useful research networks.
You can find further information on the Munich Graduate School of Economics on the MGSE-Homepage. Additional information on the formal requirements and process of graduation you may find on the pages of the Ph.D.-examination board.
